Shawna graduated from the 3-year Veterinary Technology program at St. Lawrence College in 2019, and obtained her R shortly after. She has an interest in anesthesia and surgery, and is dedicated to keeping current on anesthesia recommendations and evolving research. She is passionate about ensuring patients have a smooth post-operative recovery and making surgery as stress free for patients as possible.
In her free time Shawna loves to travel, and enjoys anything outdoors. She is an excellent baker, and a pro with sourdough. She lives with her partner Kyle and their black Labrador retriever Odin.
